Agreement and Terms for Authors/ Contributors on Healthieyoo.com
Guest author is an independent person who is submitting the Work for publication on Healthieyoo.com, the website of the Site Owner and other websites/ social media pages associated with the Site Owner or other social media groups. Guest Author(s) grants to the Site Owner exclusive copyright of the work which is royalty-free, and transferable right to use Guest Author’s name, biography, and Content provided and to sell in connection with the publication of the Work under this Agreement.
Submission and publication on Healthieyoo.com implies that the Site Owner and the Guest Author jointly agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Originality and Non-AI Content
The Guest Author(s) certifies that it is their original work and that the work is not published anywhere else online and will not be published elsewhere after it is published on Healthieyoo.com. Further, the guest author confirms that the content is written by them and not Chat GPT generated or generated from any other AI tools.
2. Editing
The Site Owner reserves the right to make suitable edits/modifications/ revisions on the Work provided by the Guest Author(s), if required, or even reject the original post without providing any reasons to reject.
3. Plagiarism and Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the Guest Author(s) to ensure that there is no plagiarism in the Content provided and that all opinions expressed in the post are the author’s original work. In case plagiarism is detected at a later date, the Site Owner will not be held responsible. Guest Author(s) agrees to take all responsibility for any financial or legal dispute arising due to improper citations, inaccurate content, plagiarism, or copyright infringement of their Work if detected at a later stage.
4. Copyright Infringement
The Guest Author(s) must provide a document certifying that he/she is the copyright holder of the image provided with the Content, if applicable or whether the image is free to use without any copyright infringement or attribution required. The document to support the latter must also be provided, wherever possible. It is expected that no person is included in the image/video without his/her written consent and the latter must be submitted to the Site Owner with the contact details of the person.
5. Ownership and Sharing of Content
The Work provided by the Guest Author(s) becomes the property of the Site Owner. The Site Owner reserves the right to edit or suitably update the content even after publication or change its title and share the Content (including authors’ posts and photographs) on any of the Site Owner’s social media pages or other websites or other social media groups or publish it as an e-book or hardbound copy. However, the post will always acknowledge the name of the Guest Author(s) whenever it is shared by the Site Owner.
6. Content and Length
The content provided by Guest Author(s) should be in line with Healthieyoo’s objectives. It is preferable that the content is unique as per the expertise of the guest author and not common content freely available everywhere. Further, the length of each Work be between 1500 and 4000 words. However, Site Owner may make exceptions to that depending on the content provided.
7. Sharing on Websites and Social Media
The Site Owner requires Guest Author(s) to include a Healthieyoo link to their posts on Guest Author’s personal or professional website and/or social media pages after publication.
8. References and Links
The cited references must be from reputed and authoritative sources and only when related to the content. The Site Owner reserves the right to refuse any link for any reason or to remove any link at any time after publication without informing the Guest Author(s). The link shared by the Guest Author(s) should not be an affiliate link or point to an affiliate site or a commercial link. However, the link of the Site Owner may contain affiliate links or points to an affiliate site in the Guest author’s post.

9. Promotion
The Guest Author is permitted to promote the published Work on their own website, social media pages, or social media groups with a link to the Site Owner’s post. However, this is after the publication of the Work at the Site Owner’s website so that the same link is shared by the Guest Author(s). Promoting does not mean posting the entire content. The Guest Author may include the Site Owner’s link to his/her guest post including one small para on what the content is about. For posting the entire content, the permission of the Site Owner is necessary.
10. Compensation
This agreement does not create a monetary relationship. The Guest Author(s) agrees that he/she will not be provided any financial compensation for writing and submitting the Work for publication in Healthieyoo or its affiliated websites or social media pages. The Guest Author(s) will not be entitled to any revenue generated by the Site Owner for the Content provided. The Guest Author(s) may, however, request for a short biography to be included along with the Content, subject to the Site Owner’s approval.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Site Owner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time as necessary or to remove the post of the Guest Author(s) even after publication without assigning any reason or without giving any notice.
12. Relationship of Parties
An author is an independent person, and this agreement shall not create an employer-employee relationship or a partnership. The Site Owner may earn through affiliate links or advertisements. The Guest Author(s) cannot claim to represent himself/herself as part of Healthieyoo or owner/member of the site. The Guest Author(s) shall have no authority for any legal claim or to give any sort of representation to the Site Owner.
By signing this agreement, the Guest Author(s) agrees to allow Healthieyoo.com and its affiliated sites and social media to publish the Content. The Guest Author consents to all the Terms & Conditions listed above.
