Michael Zakko, L.Ac is the founder of Synergy Acupuncture in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, a practice he founded in order to holistically treat and help athletes reach their full potential. He received his Emergency Medical Technician certification while graduating Magna Cum Laude from his undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut. After this, he enrolled in the Master of Science in Acupuncture program at the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine where he received the accolade “Clinician of the Year.” His unique approach combines the best of modern medical science with holistic traditional medicine enabling his patients to take control of their own health and wellness.
